JBL Tune 510BT Headset ON the ear to OVER the ear conversion kit

This is made for and compatible with the JBL Tune branded headphones.  It's not an official product of any company.  Instead of White adapter like pictured, you'll get black adapters.  White is only here for contrast.

JBL Tune Headphone Conversion Kit On The Ear to Over the Ear adapter

DOES NOT come with JBL headphone.  You're only buying the plastic adapter / adapter kit with optional deluxe foam pads.

The JBL headphone are excellent, but for us, it has one flaw.  When using it for a long duration, the On-the-Ear style hurts our ears, so we made these 3D printed adapters to convert "ON the ear" to "OVER the ear".  Now it's so comfortable, we can wear it all day.

These adapter are made to fit specially for the JBL Tune 510BT, but if your headphone shape is the same, it may fit.

FOAM Pads are an optional purchase.  If you have your own ear cushion / foams, make sure if fits our adapter.  The ear foampads that we sell has an outer diameter of 80 millimeters on the back where the sticker needs to be peeled away, so if you're using your own ear foams, the diameter should be at least that.

DOES NOT COME with JBL headphones.  You are only buying the adapter with the option of buying the earpads.  This is our own design and creation.  This is not an official product of JBL.

It comes with double side tape already pre-mounted.  Tape seems to hold up for us but for long term, we don't know.  If you find that sticky tape doesn't work for you, it's simple enough to use super glue to make it a permanent bond.  It's up to you.
