# Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is on us. Item must be in new / saleable condition. Custom made items or personalized items are not returnable due to the nature that it's custom and specific to you so that can't be resold.
# Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns unless the item is defective or if the product is not as described and the result of our error.
# Return Process
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
